Sam Trainer


		Sam Trainer I had painted with watercolors and oils in the past and my paintings were pretty good. I had been too busy in the last 15 years to devote much time to it so I stopped. When I recently decided to start back again, I thought some instruction might get me connected quicker. A friend of mine, who also takes lessons with Barbara, told me about her. I joined a class. Within the first two months I acquired a new viewing perspective. I saw colors and shades in things I'd never noticed before. My paintings not only immediately improved, but I actually had a logical format to build upon which I didn't have prior to her instruction. The fact that I was also now able to mix colors more accurately and faster made painting more of a joy instead of a struggle.
