The quality of instruction that I have received during the four years of taking oil painting classes with Barbara has been instrumental in helping me meet or exceed my goals in becoming an accomplished artist. Barbara willingly shares her knowledge of color, color mixing, painting techniques and other artistic skills with me in class and in various workshops.

Barbara always goes the extra mile trying to help her students succeed by inviting well know professional artists from around the country to come to Georgia and teach workshops and give painting demonstrations. I have always been impressed with how Barbara uses her unique teaching methods to challenge her students to become more proficient in developing their artistic abilities and individual styles.

Having the opportunity to attend Barbara’s classes and workshops and seeing the commitment that she has to her students has been, and will continue to be, a very treasured experience for me.
